Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.

Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience

2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments

Demonstrated success in sales

Good understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products/services and the qualified retirement plan environment

Good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and various file manipulation skills on a PC

Ability to quickly learn Empower's record keeping system, Salesforce software

FINRA 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) registrations required

FINRA fingerprinting upon hire
