* Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Systems or related engineering field from four-year college or university; and 7-10 years' related industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Comprehensive experience working in a high aptitude engineering environment.
* Demonstrated experience leading successful programs by creating a requirements-based culture utilizing system engineering tools and best practices.
* Experience decomposing customer / marketing requirements into multidisciplinary engineering requirements Analysis, design and development experience in aviation field
* Extensive experience working within a phase gate product design process, including:
* Demonstrated Success with new clean sheet product to production programs, including Validation & verification for regulated industries.
* Experience with Safety Hazard Analysis, Failure Modes Effects Analysis, and associated standards: MIL-STD-882E, MIL-STD-1629A, IEC-60812, AS13004
* Familiarity with reliability analysis (MTBF), planning and testing.
