Licensed Practical Nurse

Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program and licensed as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Colorado and completed a minimum of 400 clock hours of faculty planned clinical experience and guided learning activities which required direct supervision by faculty, associate nursing instructional personnel (ANIP) or preceptor who is physically present or immediately accessible.

High School Diploma OR General Education Diploma (GED) required.

Practical Nurse License (Colorado)

Basic Life Support within 3 months of hire

I.V. therapy certification may be required for some positions.

BLS preferred.

Six (6) months of experience with adults, pediatrics and/or trauma preferred.

I.V. therapy certification preferred.

$2640 per week.

6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

RTO blackout dates: 10/11-10/17, 10/29-11/01, 11/23-11/29, 12/22-1/02/2027.

No RTO approved within the first 2 weeks of assignment.

13 weekend shifts out of 26 weekends (includes both Saturday & Sunday).

No on-call requirement.

No more than 10 days off during the contract.

10 days maximum time off.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 01/18/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/05/2027.

Number of holidays allowed off: 0.

Respiratory Therapist

5 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

12 months of Pediatric Respiratory Unit experience.

Travel experience is required.

12 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

AS completion required.

Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

Flu vaccination required for submission.

Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU.

Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU (Level 3 or 4).

Minimum 1 years Pediatric ED.

Minimum 1 years Pediatric Level 1 Trauma.

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

BLS (Basic Life Support)

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Will be required to work 2 out of 3 major holidays if contract goes over all 3 holidays; otherwise will only be required to work 1 major holiday.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

CICU experience preferred.

Minimum 4 years Pediatric ICU preferred.

Minimum 4 years Neonatal ICU preferred.
