High school graduate or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) trade or related role
Previous experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Proficient mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain fitness facility equipment and systems
Must have valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
With regular ability to visit clubs across the assigned district (subject to ADA accommodation)
The ability to work occasional weekends or off-hours, if needed.
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
Ability to work in a loud environment, regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, pool chemicals, cleaning supplies, and grease/oil
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check.
