Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of software engineering experience, with significant experience leading Salesforce engineering teams
7+ years of Salesforce development/architecture experience in complex enterprise environments
Proven experience leading engineering teams and developing senior technical talent
Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Apex and Lightning Web Components
Salesforce APIs and enterprise integrations
Salesforce Flow and platform automation
Data modeling and data migration
Salesforce security and sharing architecture
DevOps and CI/CD
Automated testing and release management
Experience designing highly scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise platforms
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture patterns, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern DevOps practices
Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
