Skilled in the use of hand tools such as pliers, cutters, and soldering equipment.
Interpret and follow work orders, drawings, schematics, and written or verbal instructions to complete assigned assemblies.
Demonstrate full proficiency across all assembly processes to be considered for advancement to a Production Lead role!
Able to follow written and verbal instructions and perform accurate measurements.

Working knowledge of IPC-610/620 standards; J-STD-001 certification preferred.

Strong hand-eye coordination; ability to perform fine assembly work under magnification.
