Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

You'll need a quiet, dedicated workspace

Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)

A PC with Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)

At least 8GB of RAM, with at least 4GB available for use

A processor capable of reliably running all required software and programs simultaneously

Up-to-date antivirus software

Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels

A USB noise-cancelling headset

A webcam for your Certification experience

A smart phone to facilitate dual-factor authentication

We do not currently contract with anyone outside of the US.

Each independent contractor services a minimum of 20 hours per week

At least one year of experience in a call center customer service environment is preferred

Medical office, pharmacy, or non-clinical medical experience is very helpful

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Mileage reimbursement provided for travel exceeding:

One-way: 50 miles or 1 hour

Round-trip: 100 miles or 2 hours

Reimbursement rate: $0.70 per mile

$20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Reliable transportation is essential

Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a professional setting

Experience with document scanning or large-scale digitization projects

Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Windows Scheduler)

Must be local to assigned region

Smartphone required for team communication

Strong tenure in previous roles (no more than 2 jobs in the past 2 years)
