Strong data entry skills

Previous healthcare office or medical administrative experience

Experience working with patient records or EMR systems

Overtime paid at 1.5x your regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek, in accordance with federal and Michigan law

Set weekly schedule

3 to 4 scheduled days per week

One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required every week

Shifts typically run about 10 hours, with early-morning start times

Daily hours are driven by customer order volume and vary by day and by season; hours are not guaranteed

Additional days may be available during peak seasons

Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal break during a full shift

Must be at least 21 years old

Must hold a valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license (out-of-state licenses accepted; processing may take longer)

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening (which does not include testing for marijuana) and a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable law

Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)

Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the job listed above, with or without reasonable accommodation

Commercial, DOT, CDL, or other work-related driving experience is a plus, but not required
