Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain or related field preferred
5+ years related experience in a manufacturing and electronic component purchasing environment desirable
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Advanced knowledge of supplier development and sourcing in a manufacturing environment
Previous experience with board-level electronic, PCB and electromechanical component is preferred
SAP ERP experience is preferred
Advanced computer skills, including the use of Windows, email and Microsoft Office
Advanced verbal communication skills, including negotiation and influencing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, supervisors, vendors, and employees
Demonstrated project management skill
This position has supervisory responsibility
