Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field and eight years relevant experience or six years relevant experience with master's degree
Ability to plan (budget and schedule), monitor and lead multiple technical projects concurrently
Highly self-motivated with strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
The ability to lead and collaborate within a multi-disciplinary engineering team is critical in order to field and support Combat Vehicle Programs
Demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
Experience in creating, reading, and comprehending schematics and interconnect drawings
Ability to create and manage interface control documents and component specifications
Ability to solve complex technical problems
Ability to operate in cross-functional engineering tasks (electrical, mechanical, systems) with virtual team members
Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey data, information, and technical results to customers
Ability to travel to military test sites to support testing
This role requires regular presence in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. The incumbent must be able to access and safely navigate production areas which may include climbing, kneeling, stooping, and working in confined spaces. Must also be able to comply with all requirements including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with company policy.
