Basic understanding of CNC machining processes (training provided for entry-level).
Familiarity with measurement tools and shop math.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow written instructions.
Willingness to learn setup, programming, and inspection techniques.
Standing for extended periods while operating grinding machines.
Frequent lifting (up to 25 lbs.), bending, and handling of precision components.
