Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field of study and Five (5) years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Maintenance Group Leader, Test Engineer, or related role.

Five (5) years of experience with the following: Process engineering; Plant floor and design for manufacturability; Transmission and Drive Unit Bill of Equipment, Bill of Process, Bill of Sediment Elimination, and Bill of Operations; Technical problem solving and root cause analysis; Failure mode and effects analysis and Control plan; Engineering technical skills including Leak test, torque (fastening), press operations, error proofing methods, process modeling; Design for safety, risk assessments; and Simulation, throughput analysis, theory of constraints, workload modeling.

Four (4) years of experience with the following: Functional understanding of Transmission and Drive Unit operation.

Must be able to report to local office.

5+ years of experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS

5+ years of experience with SySML, MBSE, or digital engineering

Experience with software configuration management and tools, including JIRA, SVN, Bitbucket, and Git

Ability to read, understand, and apply technical documents, standards, specifications, and engineering data

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Full-time basis

5+ years of experience in electrical hardware development, manufacturing engineering, or automotive systems engineering.

Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and hardware integration.

Experience coordinating installation, validation, and support of electrical test equipment or manufacturing electrical systems.

Familiarity with electrical testing, diagnostic equipment, and integration into manufacturing environments.

2+ years of experience in electrical hardware development, manufacturing engineering, or automotive systems engineering.

Understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and hardware integration.

Experience with hardware design Including circuit board or system level design.

Experience with vehicle alignment equipment.

Exposure to robotics, automation equipment, or machine vision (non-programming focused).

Familiarity with MES systems or production data tracking tools.

Working knowledge of in-vehicle software tools (Neo VI, Vehicle Spy, DPS, MERS, etc.)

In-depth knowledge of plant electrical tools and processes (MPPTT, end-of-line test process, etc.)

Typically a bachelor's degree in engineering. We may consider additional experience in lieu of a degree.

Ability to operate as well as perform in-vehicle testing and troubleshooting of combat vehicles

Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Core engineering background in Mechanical or Mechatronics preferred.

Experience with CAN Bus and/or MIL-STD-1553 Bus, and familiarity with monitoring and analysis tools.

Experience with correlating data from disparate sources-such as software logs, electrical signals, and mechanical telemetry-to identify the origin of a system-level anomaly or issue.

System or component level integration and testing experience including instrumentation and data acquisition setup, and data analysis.

Advanced data processing, analysis, and presentation (MATLAB, VBA, etc).

Ability to travel for up to a month at a time.
