High School diploma or GED
A minimum of 4 years CNC operator and set-up experience or equivalent combination of education (technical schooling) and experience
Mechanical aptitude
Basic Math skills, must have a working knowledge of decimals
Ability to read measuring instruments
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Basic understanding of tooling required for setting up a machine
Working knowledge of the machine mechanics and/or programs
Regular attendance
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 lbs., rarely lifting up to 92 lbs.
Ability to do repetitive movements (i.e. bending, twisting, walking)
Ability to stand up to 100% of shift
