Option B: Current Water or Wastewater Operator Certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in operating and/or managing community environmental management systems.

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive in identifying risk, improving estimating systems, and building institutional knowledge
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience mentoring or guiding junior estimators
