Bachelor's degree in System Architecture, Electronics, Marine Engineering, or another relevant technical, engineering, or a marine discipline from an ABET-accredited institution.
At least eight (8) years of recent, relevant professional experience with developing and integrating systems involving electromagnetic energy transmission for purposes including sensor processing, remote sensing, communications, guidance and control, information processing, navigation and defense applications.
At least five (5) years of experience in at least 1 (Three Preferred) of the following categories of C5I systems: Cybersecurity, Command and Control, Navigation, Internal Communications, External Communications, Sensors, Combat Systems, or Intelligence Systems.
At least one (1) year of experience related to federal ship or boat building acquisition programs.
Familiarity with USN, USCG, ABS and/or commercial ship design rules and regulations.
Proficient with common productivity software.
Strong communication skills.
Eligibility for a SECRET Security Clearance is Required
This position requires eligibility for a Secret security clearance, to be obtained after hire.
