Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, production planning, procurement, inventory management, or related operations.
Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Experience managing inventory, production planning, and material flow processes within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Financial knowledge or training related to budgeting, cost management, or operational performance metrics.
