Proven ability to machine high-tolerance components with consistency and accuracy
Document and record detailed job information in ProShop
Set up and run jobs on mills, lathes, and 5-axis platforms using existing CNC programs, including work offsets, tool offsets, and proving out first-article runs
Ability to pass a background check
Utilize on-machine Renishaw probing systems for accurate setup and verification
Perform first-article and in-process inspection to print requirements; escalate issues early and clearly

Experience running complex machining work from setup through completion using established programs and documented processes
