Experience with various trades including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, paint, fiberglass, landscaping, and HVAC.

Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to professionally interact with other shops and various departments.
Must be able to troubleshoot clearly, calmly and safely in the presence of guests, co-workers and park management.
Ability to write, speak and comprehend English.
Able to meet the physical demands of the job including lifting, bending, standing for long periods of time, climbing, and working at heights up to 100 ft.
Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations.
Ability to work outside in any weather conditions, nights, weekends and holidays.
Valid Drivers' License and clean DMV report.
Must be able to pass a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) course within 12 months of hire date or maintain a current license.
Employees are required to supply their own hand tools.
