High School graduate or equivalent.
Read, write, and speak the English language fluently.
Have the ability of hearing, eyesight, and finger/hand usage for operations, be of good health and mentally alert.
This position is considered essential employees, you must report for duty, remain on duty during inclement weather, declared emergencies, and/or elevated FPCON levels unless otherwise directed.
Must be able to complete a 90-day training course held Monday-Friday 0800-1600.

APCO Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD).
HAZMAT Awareness.
Cardio, Pulmonary, Resuscitation (CPR).
Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD-issued CAC card (i.e., NACI/SF85).
