Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years experience in Financial Systems, Finance Technology, Accounting Systems, FP&A; Systems, or a related technical finance support role.
Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as Alteryx or similar platforms used for data preparation, reporting, and recurring process automation.
Strong SQL skills, including experience working with enterprise data platforms such as SQL Server and Google BigQuery.
Working knowledge of financial systems such as Lawson, IBM Planning Analytics / TM1, BlackLine, and related finance and reporting tools.
Experience supporting reporting, data validation, and analytics processes, including familiarity with Power BI or similar tools.
Working knowledge of VBA, Python, or similar scripting languages used to automate data handling, controls, or system processes.
Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes, with the ability to connect business needs to practical technical solutions.
