You may start as late as 4:00 PM, but you must be available to work until 9:00 PM on your scheduled days (end time may vary based on customer needs).

Work a varied 5-day week schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline –this will include evenings, weekends and holidays

Work hours may vary based on business needs and market demand. While a standard schedule is provided, flexibility may be required.

A valid driver's license

Satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience

Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan)

A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).

68 years of experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or service desk roles in an enterprise environment.

Strong experience supporting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, printers, VPN, remote support tools, and user account administration.

Hands-on experience with Active Directory, ticketing systems, hardware troubleshooting, software deployment, and endpoint support processes.

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

Experience mentoring junior team members and working collaboratively across IT teams.

Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
