2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Must be able to read and interpret EKG strips.
Competency in at least amiodarone and diltiazem drips is required.
At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Two supervisor references are required: one from within the past 12 months and one from within the past 3 years.
Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
