Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field preferred. An associate degree with relevant progressive experience may be considered.
Three or more years of experience in supply chain, materials, inventory control, manufacturing operations, systems analysis, or business process improvement is preferred.
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
SAP experience is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify root causes, develop clear recommendations, and convert insights into practical action.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting or visualization tools
Experience developing dashboards and performance metrics is preferred.
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
