The Salary Range for this position is $180,000 - $245,000.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.

10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering leadership experience.

5+ years of experience leading engineering managers and cross-functional technical teams.

Strong background in manufacturing process development, process optimization, and equipment engineering.

Experience supporting high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments.

Proven success driving operational improvement, automation, and capacity expansion initiatives.

Experience in RF Microwave semiconductor assembly, electronics manufacturing, microelectronics packaging, aerospace, defense, medical, or other high-reliability industries.

Experience supporting ISO, AS9100, IPC, and other regulated manufacturing environments.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $64,000 to $88,000.

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.

Knowledge of manufacturing, process engineering, production operations, or industrial systems through coursework, projects, internships, or work experience.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

0-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, operations engineering, production engineering, or related technical disciplines.

Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.

Experience with manufacturing, assembly, semiconductor, process development, test, or production environments through internships, academic projects, or industry experience.

Exposure to manufacturing execution systems (MES), data analysis tools, or process monitoring systems.

Familiarity with CAD software, engineering analysis tools, or process simulation tools.

Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI), process qualification, or manufacturing transfer activities.

Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, failure analysis, or continuous improvement techniques.
