Demonstrated experience performing QA/QC on large construction projects, preferably in industrial settings.
Experience conducting safety audits on active construction sites and documenting findings in detail.
Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations.
Ability to perform daily safety audits, including detailed reporting and photographic documentation.
Proficiency with construction software used for safety audits, reporting, and project documentation.
Excellent written communication skills for preparing clear, detailed safety and QA/QC reports.
Effective coordination skills for working with subcontractors, owner/client representatives, and on-site vendors.
Ability to partner with project managers and understand project schedules and timelines for key milestones.
OSHA 30 certification.
Ability to maintain an active, consistent presence on an industrial construction site.
Personal protective equipment appropriate for construction sites is required,
