  • Serve as the subject matter expert for safety issues: advise site leadership on hazard recognition, risk assessment, corrective action, mitigation strategies, and compliance obligations
  • Investigate accidents, near misses, injuries, and property damage incidents
  • Lead root-cause analysis, document findings, and collaborate with management to implement corrective/preventative measures
  • Administer and oversee Workers Compensation processes including injury reporting, documentation, return-to-work coordination, and communication with HR and insurance carriers to ensure timely and compliant case management
