Minimum of several years of strong software engineering experience

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).

3+ years of experience with the Systems Engineering or Software Development Life Cycle, enterprise Agile delivery tools, and managing multi-team Agile execution

Experience operating as an RTE or Lead Coach, facilitating PI Planning, tracking ART metrics, managing risk mitigation (ROAM), and managing cross-team dependencies

Experience coaching, mentoring, and advising technology leaders through a sophisticated enterprise Agile transformation

Top Secret clearance
