Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Business, or a related technical discipline

7+ years of progressive quality experience in a manufacturing environment

3+ years managing or administering Quality Management Systems

Experience leading ISO 9001 implementation, certification, or maintenance activities

Demonstrated success in developing procedures, audit programs, and quality governance systems

Experience with corrective action systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality system requirements

Proficiency in internal auditing principles and practices

Knowledge of CAPA, document control, risk management, FMEA, SPC, APQP, and process management

Experience with quality management software and document management systems

Advanced analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools

Travel: Approximately 25% travel to include domestic and international destinations to visit Pentair facilities and various supplier locations. Travel as required by car, air, etc.

ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE) preferred

Base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon qualifications, to be 130,400 to 163,000 per year
