Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological Sciences, or equivalent combination of education and related industry experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment
2+ years of directly related laboratory experience
Proficiency in microbiological and cell-based assay techniques, including the ability to detect and resolve issues within cell or microbial assays
Experience with aseptic techniques and contamination prevention practices
Working knowledge of quality system regulations including ISO 9001, ISO 11137, ISO 13485, ISO 14644, 21 CFR Parts 210/211 and 820, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and United States Pharmacopeia (USP) requirements
