Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
5+ years of progressive accounting/financial management experience
Strong experience within a manufacturing environment
Hands-on cost accounting and inventory accounting experience
Strong knowledge of standard costing
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and financial reporting
Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls
ERP experience within a complex manufacturing organization
CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not required
