Experience in construction, carpentry, Drywall, General Construction, Insulation or related hands-on trade.
Ability to operate small tools, grinders and drills.
Familiarity with mechanical assembly, installation processes, and use of hand and power tools.
Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions.
Team members must be able to safely perform a range of physical activities, including standing and walking for extended periods, with frequent use of hands for tasks requiring dexterity and grip.
Roles may require frequent bending, kneeling, and maintaining balance, with occasional climbing or repositioning to support production needs.
