First shift

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.

5 years of relevant experience including projects in manufacturing engineering, industrial robotics, industrial automation and control systems, or industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Fundamental knowledge of TRL (Technology Readiness Level) and MRL (Manufacturing Readiness Level) concepts and frameworks.

This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software/Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering preferred.

Master's or other advanced degree is a plus.

Focused scholastic research or internships/co-op experience will be considered.

Knowledge of manufacturing systems, mechanical systems, software, electronics, and electromechanical systems.

Knowledge of industrial application lasers, optics and metrology systems is also a plus.

Conceptual understanding of computer programming and software development relating to manufacturing systems.

Practical computer programming experience is a plus.

CAD software knowledge and experience.

Siemens NX experience a plus.

Ignition, Fanuc, and Rockwell Automation experience is desired.

General knowledge of AI and practical AI applications in engineering and manufacturing environments.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year.

Experience in Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS)

Experience in 2D/3D CAD software

At a minimum, the technician will be able to follow an assembly manual without supervision.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly.

Ability to stand for the entire shift.

Must be able to read and write English and pass a basic math test.
