Two (2) or more years of managing/leading people
Knowledge of process design, including equipment and tooling with demonstrated results
Mechanical and control knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and recommendation of improvements to product and process.
Proficient at AIAG or equivalent tools for Measurement System Analysis, Capability Analysis, SPC and FMEA
Experience with NADCAP (or other industry standards) audits preferred.
Previous lean and/or six sigma certification, with demonstrated results preferred.
