Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or repair (defense or aerospace preferred)
Strong understanding of electronic assembly processes and materials
Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and military specifications
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment
US Persons - ITAR Controls applicable
Hardware Specifications, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Quality, Product Development, Presenting Technical Information, CAD, CAD/CAM Circuit Design
Knowledge of creating work orders, sketches for various production
Experience with Prototypes, serial manufacturing, and tool/fixture design
