Minimum 5+ years of Electrical Project Management experience.

Experience managing commercial, residential high-rise, hospitality, mixed-use, healthcare, educational, or infrastructure electrical projects.

Strong understanding of NYC Electrical Code, National Electrical Code (NEC), Electrical systems installation, Power distribution systems, Lighting systems, Fire alarm systems, Emergency power systems.

Experience with project financial management and forecasting.

Ability to review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Experience managing projects valued between $1M-$25M+.

Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.

License to drive - valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a driving record that meets company insurability standards

Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
