Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related life science field

2+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment

Experience within food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device manufacturing

Food manufacturing experience

HACCP and/or PCQI certification

Experience with environmental monitoring programs and pathogen control

Knowledge of sanitation, hygiene, zoning, and prerequisite programs

Understanding of GMPs, FDA regulations, and food safety systems
