Works with urgency when equipment is down to maintain production requirements

Communicates with Management on any problems developing and corrective action
Adheres to all current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
10 hour shift - 3PM - 1AM
Operating or assisting in a direct mail manufacturing environment
Operates and maintains equipment
Continues learning and improving processes to achieve increased production
Follows all safety policies and procedures
Performs adjustments on machine per job instructions
Facilitates teamwork among team members and between shifts

2+ years full cycle sales experience with a proven track record preferred
Reliable and insured vehicle
1-2 years' experience using CRM (Service Titan, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Working availability of 45 hours including some evenings/weekends
