Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment
Strong hand-eye coordination
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Willingness to work overtime as business demands require
Continuous standing throughout the shift
Frequent reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive movements
Frequent walking, stooping, crouching, grasping, and handling materials
Occasional kneeling, balancing, and sitting
Ability to safely lift and move production materials as required
