3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents

Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.

3+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent.

Hands-on experience with secure space and SCIF room projects.

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Proven experience in schedule coordination and schedule creation for construction projects.

Demonstrated subcontractor management skills, including coordination, oversight, and performance monitoring.

Experience with material ordering and tracking for commercial construction projects.

Working knowledge of construction management principles and field operations.

Commitment to maintaining safe job sites and enforcing safety practices.

Experience in interior commercial projects such as office, retail, and hospitality spaces.

Experience working with small project teams or in a small general contractor environment.

Ability to collaborate closely with a Sr superintendent and learn established processes and methods.

Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and subcontractors simultaneously.

Problem-solving skills to address field issues and adapt to changing project conditions.

Interest in contributing to a growing company and taking on increasing responsibility over time.
