Completion of all General Officer, Supervisor, and Post-Specific trainings.
Successful completion of the Account Manager Training Checklist.
Ongoing re-certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
Documented completion of quarterly and annual leadership development courses.
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be able to provide documentation of **High School Diploma or GED**
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
You have a state security license or can obtain one.
3+ years of progressive leadership experience in security, military, logistics, or facility management.
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Strong working knowledge of compliance management, incident reporting, and guard scheduling systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, security software (WinTeam), and training platforms.
Weekends must be flexible for site needs.
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
