3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial environments.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including motor repair and replacement.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
