Typically, three years of relevant assembly experience, including at least one year of hands-on electro-mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with one to two years of strong, directly relevant experience will also be considered.
Experience with complex product builds involving printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), wire harnesses and cable assemblies, mechanical enclosures and chassis, power supplies, and related subassemblies.
Ability to interpret and work from technical documentation, including bills of materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, schematics, manufacturing routings, and work instructions.
Quality and compliance experience, including knowledge of and adherence to industry and company quality standards: IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies), IPC-A-620 (Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies), and ISO quality management processes and procedures.
Experience with Oracle ERP and inventory management, including Work in Process (WIP) discrete job processing, component issuing through push and backflush transactions, assembly completions, WIP job closures, and inventory transactions.
