Operation, setup, and adjustment of CNC lathes
Interpret work orders, engineering drawings, and machining programs
Knowledge of CNC controls, including Mazatrol and FANUC systems
Make program edits, adjust offsets, and verify machining operations meet required tolerances
Loading and properly orienting parts using cranes or semi-automated equipment
Performing first-article inspections
Monitoring machine operations to identify and correct issues before they result in nonconforming parts
Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions
Document inspection results
Troubleshooting machining processes and making necessary adjustments
Maintain production efficiency
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Comply with all company, safety, quality, and environmental policies
Performing and documenting daily preventative maintenance on equipment
Maintain production output targets
Ensure all work orders, part prints, and CNC programs are verified before beginning a job
Strong attention to detail

Physically able to stand, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout an 8-10 hour shift
