Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related field
Employment experience with APQP execution tools such as: Requirements, FMEA's
Employment experience with Project management process and tools
Employment experience with Lean product and process development (such as: Obeya, KanBan, resource levelling, value stream mapping)
Employment experience with Weibull curve and reliability predictions
Employment experience with Six Sigma product quality processes/tools
Seven (7) years of experience in product development and engineering or related occupation
Employment experience with Machine system integration or validation
