High school graduate or equivalent
7+ years of experience in a mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trade, as a journeyman, or building engineer (may be supplemented with technical school education)
Previous experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Understanding of Building Management System (BMS) / Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) control systems
Working knowledge of commercial HVAC, Electrical, Lighting and Plumbing systems
Must have valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Regular ability to visit clubs across the assigned district (subject to ADA accommodation)
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
Ability to work in a loud environment, regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, pool chemicals, cleaning supplies, and grease/oil
The ability to work occasional weekends or off-hours, if needed
The selected candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check
