Ability to work the scheduled hours of Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or as required by project demands.

The schedule typically runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Entry level to experience candidates with Data Center or related experience, OR Military Veterans with no experience

Ability to work in an outdoor or indoor construction work environment, including active and ongoing construction sites.

Proven skill level in, or strong ability to learn, interpreting blueprints and other project documents such as specifications, reports, and quality requirements.

Comfort working at heights, including on ladders and elevated work areas, and in confined spaces.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds as part of daily duties.

Ability to see and distinguish different colors, read small print, and recognize audible signals such as dial tones.

Entry-level experience in low-voltage cabling or completion of a low-voltage trade school program

Comfort working with hand and power tools such as cable cutters, hammer drills, and compression tools.

Comfort working in a data center construction environment with extensive raised floor and overhead space.

Reliable transportation to the worksite.

Ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification (or already possess it) prior to starting.

Willingness and ability to travel within the branch or regional territory as needed.

Ability to work the scheduled hours of Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or as required by project demands.

Background in low-voltage trade school or technical training focused on cabling, telecommunications, or electrical systems.

Experience or familiarity with building out data centers or similar critical infrastructure environments.

Experience installing cable tray, bus duct, wireway, switches, receptacles, racks, patch panels, and grounding systems.

Experience terminating 110/66 blocks, patch panels, and performing IDC connections.

Ability to learn and adopt project process improvement initiatives and standardized installation practices.

Flexibility to support projects in different locations within the region when needed.

Pay Rate: Hourly; Negotiable based on experience

Per Diem: Yes (if relocating or traveling)

$80.00 - $90.00/hr.

Experience managing a quality function, inspection team, or multidisciplinary group of quality SMEs across an active construction site.

Demonstrated ability to assess competing quality issues and determine which findings create the greatest risk.

Experience supporting quality on data center construction projects, combined with credible knowledge of data center commissioning stages, critical MEP systems, testing, issue closure, and turnover.

Willing to consent to background check

Demonstrated experience managing inspectors, quality professionals, or discipline-specific SMEs on active construction projects.

Proven experience leading or supporting a site-level QA/QC program, not only performing inspections.

Strong understanding of data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

Working knowledge of data center commissioning stages, terminology, testing, and turnover requirements.

Experience assessing quality risk and prioritizing findings according to project impact.

Experience managing NCRs, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification of closure.

Experience reviewing MEP drawings, submittals, specifications, vendor documentation, and testing procedures.

Experience auditing contractors, subcontractors, vendors, or third-party inspection organizations.

Experience developing quality metrics, dashboards, reports, and trend analysis.

Experience coordinating between design, construction, commissioning, and facility operations.

Experience with construction quality and commissioning platforms such as ACC/BIM 360, Procore, CxAlloy, or comparable systems.

Direct data center construction experience strongly preferred, particularly on hyperscale or large mission-critical campuses.
