Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution required.
Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce required.
Broad knowledge of transportation/delivery operations, methods and procedures.
Strong understanding of DOT requirements.
Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
Basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office).
High school diploma or GED required;
Flexibility required for both daily start and completion times.
Candidates must maintain scheduling flexibility, as working days and hours are subject to change based on business demands.
