Operate and monitor automated machinery, making real-time adjustments to ensure optimal performance and output quality
Set up, configure, and calibrate equipment for production runs, including performing routine maintenance tasks
Conduct regular quality inspections to verify products meet specifications and identify any deviations
Troubleshoot minor technical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams to keep equipment running smoothly
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety in every task
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across production and maintenance teams
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $18.00 - $28.90 per hour
Overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials, depending on location
