Strong experience with SAP (PPDS preferred)
Solid understanding of ERP planning logic, order structures, and master data
Experience creating and managing production and planned orders within an ERP system
Strong background in production planning and scheduling
Understanding of E2E supply chain planning
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, OPEX, and continuous improvement terminology
Experience working in a factory / manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering Operations Management, or related field preferred.
5 Years experience in Production Planning
Experience supporting Master Scheduling or S&OP; processes
Experience in high-mix or complex manufacturing environments
Familiarity with Tiered Accountability (Tier meetings)
Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Subject Matter expert in SAP/PPDS/MRP is a must.
