Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Required: Hands-on experience in fabrication processes, including punching and metal forming
Strong understanding of fabrication workflows, equipment, and production environments
Ability to lead and troubleshoot fabrication operations in a fast-paced setting
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
Proven ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement improvements
